Tammy Adams is a
Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and Certified Quality
Manager (CQM) specializing in facilitation of project deliverables.
For the past 12 years, she has worked with project
teams in a variety of industries to elicit, capture and translate
their shared knowledge about processes, products and services
into project charter, scope, requirements and design deliverables.
This team-based, interactive approach
enables her to get information and buy-in from people across
the organization quickly and efficiently to build and deliver
the desired results. Through extensive training and experience
in process analysis, project management, quality methods,
team dynamics and facilitation, Ms. Adams has cultivated this
unique style that has proven effective in both domestic and
international business settings.
For the past 5 years
Ms. Adams has served as Managing Partner of Chaosity LLC ,
a woman-owned business that provides project facilitation
and training. Ms. Adams background includes extensive experience
in problem, project, and operations management; consulting
services; training, and facilitation. Her clients, both domestic
and abroad, have spanned a range of industries including healthcare,
financial services, and software development.
She is the co-author
of “Facilitating the Project Lifecycle: Skills & Tools
to Accelerate Progress for Project Managers, Facilitators
and Six Sigma Project Teams” and a regular speaker at
International Facilitator, Quality, Business Process and Project
Management Conferences.
Education
& Certifications
Ms. Adams holds
a Bachelor of .Science degree in Business Administration,
with a minor in Organizational Management, from the University
of Phoenix. She holds professional certifications with both
the International Association of Facilitators and the American
Society for Quality.
